| Distracted. |
i was checking Facebook and doing every other thing online except researching on CRM( customer relationship management). HAHA. i know i’m supposed to be studying for the CRM test right now but i insisted on putting off studying until i have my fair share of "relaxation".
as a matter of fact, i've alrdy finish studying the transition to relationship marketing, concept of customer as a lifelong investment, compare and contrast between transactional and relationship marketing, last but not least, the customer management framework. however, thats only like 1/4 of what im supposed to study. Ok, I’m going to study now, I really am! BUT im tired. so i guess i will continue the study tmr.
and no wonder they say procrastination kills! |
